You first enter a title and then enter your comments below. You can add images or links. To add a link, highlight the word you want the to click on to follow the link. A box with editing option will pop up. Click on the link icon and enter your link. To format text, highlight the text you want to format, and again select from the box that pops up. You cannot upload documents here, but we may try to find an option for document storage that is available to everyon.
